The former warehouse sitting on 12 Berry Street is being replaced by a new 2-story ground up, mixed-use building along the waterfront of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new building hosts a variety of spaces, including retail, commercial, event, and community spaces, and a large, exterior landscaped terrace featuring a miniature golf course.
Additional Information
Büro Ehring is providing full building envelope design services and structural engineering design services for the project. The envelope is comprised of a semi-custom curtain wall system, a structural glass-fin glass box, custom back-lit entry portals for the storefronts, and an aluminum panel rainscreen system.
