Designed by Herzog & De Meuron with Stephen Wang & Associates as the Architect-of-Record, 9-13 East 75th Street is a 5-story luxury townhome located on the Upper East Side of New York. Previously 6 stories high, the original three buildings are being combined into a luxurious single-family mega-mansion. The front façade design intends to maintain the visual individuality of the buildings, as if they appear to be 3 separate neo-Federal townhouses, while the entire rear façade is being replaced by glass and bronze appearing as one unit.

Additional Information
Büro Ehring provides investigation and engineering analysis and consulting services for the project. Various analysis simulations are conducted to investigate the impacts that the proposed 20-story tower will have on Boston Park Plaza throughout the year. This includes potential wind impact analyses, and in-depth daylight, glare, and solar heat gain analyses of the existing and new proposed tower.
