HOK’s design for the new L.G. Electronics Headquarters building creates a sustainable icon for the town of Englewood Cliffs and the state of New Jersey, while protecting the historic vistas and integrity of the Palisades Park. The 350,000 sqft LEED Platinum corporate campus will double L.G.’s local employment and create thousands of construction jobs.

Büro Ehring is working closely with curtain wall fabricator Frener & Reifer on the central part of the elongated building’s custom glass and steel curtain wall and skylight system. Büro Ehring is providing full thermal analysis and modeling services, including U-Value calculations and condensation risk analysis, for the curtain wall and skylights, in order to meet the building’s strict sustainability and envelope performance requirements.
