Manor 82 is a new luxury condominium development by Rybak Development, located in the Upper East Side of New York City. This new ground up 8-story residential building features 21 units of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom condo homes, townhouses, and penthouses, a fitness facility, a kids’ playroom, and indoor heated parking. Inspired by the Ralph Lauren flagship store on Madison Avenue, Manor 82’s façade utilizes curves with a limestone-look to reflect the Renaissance Revival movement in the UES.
Additional Information
Büro Ehring provided full building enclosure design and consulting for the project. The envelope features a signature front façade executed with a patented glass-fiber reinforced gypsum rainscreen system and the rear façade features a brick veneer.
