Pier 17 - St. Tropez enclosures feature new bronze clad custom curtain wall enclosures on the north and south, a 30’-0” tall bronze clad custom pivot door on the west, and (2) aluminum clad glazed overhead hydraulic doors on the east designed by Rockwell Group / Mancini Duffy.
Additional Information
Büro Ehring provided full construction engineering design and building envelope consulting services for the new enclosures for the facade specialty contractor, Roschmann Group. This includes full engineering design, shop drawings, 3D modeling, thermal analysis, and condensation risk analysis for the (4) new enclosures.
